Additional Fees:
- Chef Delivery Fee: $60 to $380 (depending on location)
- Assistant Chef Fee: $300 (required if the party size exceeds 6 guests)
- Server Fee: $250 (required if the party size exceeds 8 guests)
- California Sales Tax: 10.25%Complimentary server service is provided for parties of 8or more guests
BUFFET STYLE CATERING
Ideal for casual cocktail parties, this Japanese buffet-style catering offers a variety of dishes served on eye catching platters. Perfect for mingling and socializing in a relaxed environment.
Price: $1,800 (food only, additional fees apply)
Includes: All ingredients, display platters, disposable utensils, and paper serving plates.
Excludes: Drinks, glassware, tables, chairs, flowers, and other decorations must be provided by the host.

What types of food do you serve for catering?Our dishes feature premium ingredients such as fresh fish from Japan, A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Beef, and other high-quality components. Extra fees apply for certain ingredients like Uni (Sea Urchin), Fresh Truffle, and additional A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Beef.

What are your reservation and cancellation policies?Event dates are reserved only after receiving a down payment. A cancellation fee applies if the event is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date. A 100% cancellation fee applies if canceled within 72 hours of the event date.

Do you need to use the kitchen to prepare the food?Yes, access to the client’s oven, stovetop, and sink is required for preparing the meal.
